Customers note that ease of use is one of Agility’s best attributes, especially the way its various modules can be repurposed in a variety of ways across many different pages, even with out technological proficiency. The user interface is designed in such a way as to easily find anything you’re looking for through its clear, well-structured layout, which is a real plus.
Cons
Several users note that once a page is designed and published, making design changes results in the need to file a change request and the imposition of additional fees. Other users note that although support is quick and responsive on an initial request, follow-ups that don’t work well on email due to miscommunication should instead be handled through scheduled follow-up calls. Other users note that greater flexibility in making changes would be nice for companies with dynamic pages that need to change frequently.
While users find Agility’s interface very easy to work with and that it has all the basic functionality they need, many have noted that they need greater flexibility to make changes when needed.
